HRAWI organises FSSAI’s FoSTaC Programme In Navi Mumbai


The Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI lately held FSSAI’s Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC) and Management Training Programme on November 11 on the DY Patil Deemed To Be University School of Hospitality & Tourism Studies in Navi Mumbai. Attended by 39 college students, the coaching coated important subjects together with meals dealing with, hygiene, sanitation and waste administration. The program offered members with essential, sensible abilities to implement complete meals security measures of their every day operations, supporting excessive requirements inside the business.

Inaugural of the coaching was achieved by Dr Pasupathy V., Trainer; Aarti Pandirkar, Vice Principal and Padmaja Binakar, Asst. Professor, Catering Science of D Y Patil Deemed To Be University School of Hospitality & Tourism Studies; and Manasi Parab, Admin Assistant, Training & Seminar, HRAWI.

HRAWI has efficiently educated and licensed 3,208 hospitality professionals and college students by means of the FoSTaC and Management Training Programme.
