HRAWI organises FSSAI’s FoSTaC Programme In Navi Mumbai

The Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI lately held FSSAI’s Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC) and Management Training Programme on November 11 on the DY Patil Deemed To Be University School of Hospitality & Tourism Studies in Navi Mumbai. Attended by 39 college students, the coaching coated important subjects together with meals dealing with, hygiene, sanitation and waste administration.
